Aptech.com is a terrible company. I have had to many problems with them in the past and I promise you if they dont get fixed they will lead to. This time its the fact that their customer service was terrible and they didnt seem to be able to find a way to improve it. In other words the people there were not willing to take any measures to improve things and just did what they could do best - sell more products. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just bought a brand new iPhone 6S and I was really excited to get it. One day out of the week my phone would not work at all. It was very frustrating because I had just purchased the phone and was looking forward to using it. I had a few different ways to try to get my phone to work but it always wouldnt. I appreciate that you have customer service MASSESimis for this situation but this is clearly a problem with your software design This user has missed several days of work and still cannot use their iPhone despite every attempt they make to do so. They need someone with technical knowledge to help customers with this situation as soon as possible.

Aptech.com is a terrible company. I have had to send multiple calls and emails to them because they cannot basic customer service. I love my home echo dot com but Aptech.com is just too bad for me.
