I have never had such terrible service from this company I called to speak with a customer representative and they were so unhelpful and condescending. They told me that my problem was solved because their system was down when it clearly wasnt - and then said that I needed to go through their website to find out more about their services. And the website is absolutely horrible Every time I click on a link in the page something pops up asking for my email address which makes it difficult to read the information. Overall this experience was very unpleasant and did not meet my expectations at all.

Aqueity.com is a company that offers services of Aqueity - Chicago Managed IT Support Services and Cybersecurity Projects. But it should be noted that the company is not even still in business as Aqueity.com. The companys name is actually just a donation from the man himselfRick Genuese. Rick was born in Italy in 1966 and moved to Chicago in the early 1990s and started this business with his sons. Rick is still around and has some good times while he can but he dont want us to go through all this trouble just so he cant go back toINLlanders again soon

"Aqueity.com Is A Terrible Business"

Aqueity, Review Specifics:

Aqueity.com is a terrible business owner and customer service. Every time I call them its like theyre trying to kill me. They are always working to up their game and get better each time I call them. I had a problem with my account for a few months and they never did anything about it. Eventually I decided to stop calling them at all and started sending send Thank You cards to the company in the senters name instead of reaching out through phone and email as before. The last time I called they finally took my case and made a different decision based on my feedback. I would not recommend Aqueity.com or their customer service to anyone.
