The Allegiance Group billing and collection system is extremely user-friendly and the staff is always available to help with any questions or concerns you may have. The Allegiance Group team is also very helpful when it comes toField collection which means that my payments are always sent directly to my bank account without having to wait around for months or even weeks Overall I couldnt be happier with their service and I would definitely continue using them in the future.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Allegiance Group. I asked to pay my bill online and received a message that said We cannot process your payment because you have not added an account. I then tried to add an account and was told that the company does not require them. I then tried to speak to someone about this and was told there would be no one available until after 5pm. After waiting for over an hour I finally spoke to someone who said they could only help me if I had already paid my previous bill. When I explained that I had not yet received my current bill she said that she could not help me because the company did not require billing through email or phone. She reiterated that there would be no one available until after 5pm. In addition when asking for customer service tickets they only sent me automated messages which PROVED THAT THEY DID NOT EVEN HANDLE MY REQUEST FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Overall it was a

This company is a terrible andfill my words. They are a 7 day a week phone number and they never call you. They send emails that look like they are from the company but theyre not. And they suck at customer service. I would recommend avoiding this company if you want to avoid being scammed or being taken advantage of.

I have had the pleasure of working with this company twice now and am highly disappointed. First there is nothing left to play with when it comes to patient payments- everything is through the touch of a mouse. Then there are the collection solutions- at times it feels like they want me to use them but other times it seems as though they would love to let me go. I have already made more than 100 working with this company and I am notismanable for another runt of this quality of service.
