I have never used Arbisoft and I would not recommend them to anyone. The software development company they work for is terrible. They charge you a lot of money for nothing and the quality of their products is often below what you would expect from a software development company. Additionally the customer service is usually nonexistent and unhelpful.

.com is a website providing software development support for businesses of all sizes.Im not sure what this company does but its supposed to be providing software development support. I never received any help from arbisoft.com. Ive sent numerous questions and had many responses including one that said they dont answer customers questions and yet no solutions have been given. Ive also been told that they do not provide customer support but only offers remote access to customers. This seems like a bad idea - if youre not available how can the customer turn to them

It has been scheduled for months now and seems to be designed to dent the companys reputation.Im having trouble with this site. Every time I type in arbitration it leads me to some kind ofitteeselves against arbitration which is not what this site is supposed to function as a resource for all things related to software development. Ive tried sending feedback but it doesnt seem to be working so Im assuming that this is just a problem with the system. Anybody else have same issue

.com is a website providing software development support for businesses of all sizes.Im not sure what this company does but its supposed to be provide software development support for businesses of all sizes. I havent ever seen anything about their products being used in a business so its likely that they dont offer product support. I also havent ever seen them give customer service help or even an email about how to get help from the product. I think that they would rather people just go ahead and do their own research and find someone who can help them with their product needs.
