I have had some terrible experiences with Arbsol.com. The first time I bought a product from them it was a complete disaster. They canceled my order after I received it and then charged me for the product that never even arrived. Then they refunded me only part of the money I paid for the product because they said it was a returnable item. Finally they charged me again for something that never happened Do not bother using this company if you are looking for good customer service or anything else

I purchase a IBM Power System 740 from Arbsol.com and am very disappointed. The computer is ZERO workhorse power and thus cannot even scale up to my old IBM PC The only way it could be used for work was to have it sit in an Idle state for extended periods of time. Then once I had the new computer set up the system would require at least 2 hours of idle time before it would start using the system resources again. Thank you Arbsol.com for this mistake that will never happen again.
