I did not have a positive experience with arcbus.com. The website was very outdated and the customer service was terrible. I had to call them 4 times to get my home security system set up and each time they were unhelpful and didnt seem interested in helping me. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

This Company is ahers thanady and I have had great experiences with them. But they are especially bad with my account I have lost my password and need someone to help me out today. The companys customer service is always perfect they always provide helpful information and they always get the job done. However their passwords are usually quite forgotten and as a result your account is constantly keyed against you. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
