archcreativegroup.com is a terrible company I have had negative experiences with them before and this latest one was no different. The first thing that didnt go well was the fact that they charged me more than what I initially thought they would. Second they did not seem to be very knowledgeable about their product or services. Third after trying to do some basic research on their website I found out that they also do not offer any sort of design or branding services in Boston - which is really disappointing because I am looking for someone who can help me create a good online presence for my business. Overall it was a waste of time and money to use this company - especially because there are so many great options out there for web designers and marketing professionals in Boston

I was this companys customer service specialist for 2 years. I found that they were good at helping me with my issues but also had a lot of different questions that they would ask and the way that they would work with me to try and resolve the problems. I never felt like I was being taken care of or like I was in a right by this company. I recently left this company and am looking for a new customer service line. The quality of their products and services are great but it just doesnt feel like there is someone behind the desk that is interested in helping me out. I have received many compliments on the designs Ive created but it seems like they are more interested in making things than resolving issues.
