I used this company for a dataarchive manager and it was terrible. The dataarchiver was slow the customer service was nonexistent and there were tons of errors in the data. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I was very disappointed with the arcmail.com website. Its very poorly designed and it takes forever to load any of the pages. I also couldnt find anything about the dataarchive manager which is supposedly what this website is supposed to be all about.
