Their website says they offer a home security system that will protect your house from thieves but their product does not work at all The only way to prevent theft is to have an expensive physical security system like Pro grade or better. They also promise free installation but the service never materializes and you always have to pay for their services. Do not go with this company

I have had two separate problems with this company and both times it was my own fingers that were the problem.1 I received ainese BBS technical support who did not seem to understand what I was asking.2 My Andrew from Philippines sent his hand after my head and said I needed to be bald and then started on meI always take care of my self first and last so if I ever experience some type of issue with my computer issues might come from me. But definitely dont rely on arcocia tech or any other customer service members.

I just got my new Arcocia Tech laptop for Christmas and I was so excited to use it I am immediately impressed with the performance efficiency and overall quality of this device. However I am very disappointed with the customer service aspect of it. The customer service is always slow to respond and even slower to fix the issues Ive brought to their attention. 1 This is an old model laptop and the same issues are happening as in the past sometimes screen would change colors or stay on end for more than a few seconds before going back off. Solution power off laptop and get new screen 2 Also addressed in version 2.0 were issue where words would keep coming out of speakers without being audible had to turn up speaker volume 100 times until they stopped working then turned off again then back on again after that problem fixed need to turn offon speaker every time word came out had previously caused problems3 latest point release has same
