I gave this company a one star because the IT support services they offer are terrible. I have had to call them multiple times for help with my computer and each time its been a pain. I did not have a positive experience with arcogroup.com. I was very disappointed with the level of customer service I received from them. They did not seem to care about their customers and were only interested in making money. Their prices were also very high which made it difficult to afford their services.
