is terribleI had to write this review because I found the service from ArcSource Consulting to be terrible. The first time I tried to call them they told me that my computer was down and would not allow me to speak with anyone about it. The second time I called and after 10 minutes of being on hold someone finally answered and said that my computer was not down but they could not help me because they were full. They then asked if I wanted them to send someone out or do something themselves which is ridiculous because if your computer is down you should either have somebody come out or just wait until it comes back up. If you want a shitty IT support service then go somewhere else

I am not going to give out any personal information or identify the person who wrote the review but if youre looking for help with something important on your computer this is the place to go.ArcSource Consulting is a terrible company. They never seem to be able to find what Im looking for and always want way too much money than they need to be.irm Arcource Consulting has never been reliable in the past and has always kept me waitng until after work hours just so they can get my problem sorted out for me. Its very frustrating when I cant see what theyre trying to do usually by their emailudos and can only feeling that they dont really care about their customers unlike other service providers who have tried to serve me promptly and issue an accurate report of what happened. Overall I highly recommend avoiding Arcource Consultants altogether than working with

is a company that provides IT Support Services to businesses in the San Francisco Bay Area. Im sure theyre good people but this review just isnt good enough.I have worked with ArcSource Consulting before and they are very reasonable people. However this time around they were trying to use their own unique solution as a model for their service. They wrote an entire note about it and all of the content was well-done if theres anything that is important to your business. But this particular review just feels like a bunch of useless information.The problem with this service is that its not something that you would need on your side if something went wrong or if you needed help resolving a issue. Its kind of admissions-driven architecture instead of actually helping people resolve issues effectively. I for one wouldnt recommend it to anyone except maybe those who are looking for some extra support in the event of an issue.

We are a company that has what we call Theathing Process - a process where weiniannerate tech problems into the future without using future technology. Here is our websites linkIm very disappointed with ArcSource Consulting. Their customer service is terrible and they dont do anything to help you fix the problems. For one thing they wont take no for an answer and will tell me I need to change my password or something when in fact there is no connection between my account and their server. And finally they keep saying there isnt enough money to work on this problem but there never is. Finally I called them a few times and got different stories until I found out that there was money available but they just didnt want to take the time to try and fix the problem because it was their Rafiki project. - The customer service person
