is a complete messI used Arctern Digital Agency for my wedding photography needs and the experience was absolutely terrible. The entire staff was unprofessional and extremely unhelpful. They did not have any idea what they were doing and constantly made me feel like I was their only customer. In addition their pricing was incredibly high compared to other agencies I contacted. Overall I would not recommend this agency to anyone.

has no remorse for their unethical practices and is nothing more than a scamI have had the displeasure of working with Arcterndigital Agency. They are nothing but a scam. The first time I interacted with them they were very arrogant and pushy. They never seem to care about their clients or themselves. After I made it clear that I wasnt interested in working with them they started calling me every day asking if I was still interested in the project. Despite my repeated assurances that I wasnt they kept coming back to try and get me to do work for them again. In the end I just told them to go away and not bother me again because theres no way that Im going to be working with anyone who isnt honest and upfront about their business practices.

Im sorry to say that I had a negative experience with Arcterndigital.agency. First of all the customer service was terrible. They would not answer my questions and would not help me with anything. Secondly the work they did for me was very poor. The photos were so bad that it made me look terrible. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.
