They also charge a lot of money for their services.2 The work they do is usually very low quality. There have been occasions where I have had to redo entire projects because the Arcwebs I used were not up to par. Additionally they often omit important details in my project proposal which has resulted in me spending a lot of time debugging problems that were not even related to my project goal.
