Ardent Technologies Inc, Review Specifics:
I have had nothing but issues with company ardentinc.com. I have had two outages in a month and my account has been completely closed multiple times. I have never received a back up copy of myudicrously large file I have also been charged more than necessary every time mine is reduced. I am not the only person who has had this issue. There are numerous reviews online which speak to the same thing. Please note that these are just general comments and shouldnt be taken as specific instructions on how to deal with this company - each situation is differentI wouldnt recommend anyone use this company - they are terrible at customer service and always having enough power to reduce charges without even knowing what the reductions are doing

I have had great experiences with ardentinc.com but unfortunately now I am having issues. This company is terrible and I would not recommend them to anyone. They are Never late and always has what you want in mind which is nice. Their prices are also top notch so its definitely worth checking out this company
