I experienced the worst experience with this company. argentassociates.com delivered a worthless product that does nothing to help my business succeed. The technical support team is nonexistent and unhelpful and the shipping process was incredibly slow and cumbersome. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.Im sorry to say that our experience with Argent Associates was quite negative. Our product delivered did nothing to help us grow our business or increase productivity - it was just terrible in every way The technical support team couldnt have been more unhelpful or responsive and the shipping process was painfully slow and cumbersome. Overall we wouldnt recommend this company even if we could - its not worth the hassle and aggravation

I am writing to tell you about the terrible experience I had with Argent Associates. I contacted them because I was considering buying a new phone. The representative told me that they do not sell iPhones but they do have Android phones and would be happy to help me choose one. After discussing my options she said that I should go ahead and buy the Android phone and then she would send me a financing plan so that I could get it financed without having to worry about repayment terms. When I got the phone it didnt work. They told me that there was something wrong with it and that they couldnt help me fix it because it wasnt their responsibility. They also charged me an entire months worth of fees even though the phone hadnt been used in any way since I got it In addition when I called them back after getting the original repair bill from Amazon they refused to refund my money or apologize for how things went down. was the day that I was supposed to meet my new partner in this company and it just didnt go as planned.The meeting started out great but then halfway through we ended up fighting about something minor and it quickly became a heated argument. He told me that he wasnt happy with me and I told him that I wasnt either but somehow things just didnt work out. Ended up leaving without any closure or apology from either of us. Do not recommend this company if youre looking for a technology solution
