I had a terrible experience with Arittek. First of all the website is very outdated and does not work well at all. Secondly the customer service was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. Thirdly the products they sell are incredibly overpriced and do not perform as advertised. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

"I Have Never Had Such Terrible Customer"

I have never had such terrible customer service. I contacted the company multiple times and each time they would not take my calls or send me any emails. They just said there was a delay on my order and that it would be delivered soon. However it has taken over two weeks and no email from them regarding the delay. I even reached out to their Facebook page and did not receive a response. The entire process has been very frustrating and I do not recommend this company at all.

I have had great experiences with the company so far but I am going to be honest and say that so far I have been very disappointed. The tools are not up to par or something like that. The customer service is terrible and they dont really care about their customers. Overall Im sorry weve given this company a chance and will never use them again.
