I have never had such terrible service from a company before. The software I needed wasogrammatically installed and it was not working properly. Arkeena took forever to get back to me and when they did they were unhelpful condescending and just plain rude. Avoid this company at all costs

We have had to loathe this company since the beginning because of the short-term decisions made by the CEO. And I can say that this is by far the best online site I have used in this time period. There are many other sites that give you the ability to get your software developed but company arkenea.com is always due up the new projects and always has any updates and changes that may be useful. also the customer service is fantastic - they go out of their way to help you if you have problems with your software or developement project. They would definitely make a great company i work for.
