is a complete waste of time and moneyI absolutely hated this company They were extremely unprofessional and did not do what they said they would. I spent over 200 on these data archiving solutions only to have them fall apart after a year. Do not bother with this company if you want anything else done in the digital preservation field

The website includes an extensive and detailed description of their services as well as videos demonstrating how they work. However the website is poorly organized and contains errors that could easily lead to confusion or disaster. Furthermore the customer service representatives who answer questions are slow and unhelpful. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

.com Arkivum.com is a terrible user review website. Every day we get new reviews of this website and we are going to ignore these reviews and write our own review about Arkivum.com.Arkivum is a horrible website because they offer no customer service no support and no anything to make sure that you will be satisfied with your purchase. I for one did not receive my order until after I had sent them feedback which took quite some time. I also experienced several problems with my purchase such as the website crashing my computer during the checkout process and an image that was supposed to be aStandalone Application but actually turned out to be an extra software application that was never installed or needed to be installable in the first place. All in all I would not recommendArkivum.com to anyone.

.comI just gave arkivum.com a bad review. I was going to give it a two-star rating but I think that would be too kind. This website is nothing more than an ancient data archive and digital preservation solutions. You can find data about anything and everything but then you have no control over where and how its used. This company offers little value for your money and leaves you with the feeling that they do not really care about users or the site in any real way. Avoid this website at all
