OHI have had negative experiences with Arnet Technologies. First of all the company is terrible at customer service. I always have to wait forever for my IT support specialist to come back or answer my question. Second their prices are outrageous. Third they dont seem to understand how technology works and think that just because they provide a managed IT service it means that their services are better than those of others. Lastly the quality of their work is often poor.

I just moved to Columbus Ohio and am now using company arnettechnologies.com as my new main site. I have never had such terrible experience with a IT service provider in my life. The first time I took it they said my computer was not up to date with the latest security patches. I asked for a refund and received a response back that said youre stillchenko would do what is best for you. Im current with my subscription and am planning on taking another subscription when my current one ends in the next few months. ArnetTechnologies has no idea how to keep your computer secure.

I would not recommend them to anyone. The service they provide is slow crooks and they are always late. There is no customer service at all here.
