I did not have a positive experience with this company. The website is very outdated and does not work well. I was told that the system would be delivered on time but it never arrived and I had to contact customer service multiple times because of this. The entire process was extremely frustrating and I do not recommend this company.

I bought an Arroba system and within a day or so the first installation was very difficult because of the plastic guide that was included. I had to return it and get a refund. The second installation was much easier but I would not recommend this system at all.

Every time I make a change or ask a question there is a bad user review up on company arrobasystem.com its terrible. And Ive been doing this for like 4 years now and not one problem has happened with my software IM SORRY BUT THIS ISNT THE LAST TIME WEll have a bad user review up on these websites. Its just that the company ARROBA SYSTEM isnt doing anything for me and my use of their software is garbage.

This company is a bad to the extreme. I have had reactionaries for years of my own and now this. My arribin has been slowly deteriorating since 2006 and Im not the only one. We have staff at company who are level with or below thenee of what it takes to be successful in business. There is no focus on problem solving instead of trying to create a solution - this is where they go wrong.The work schedule is also very flexible but these individuals do not meet the definition of staff as defined by the government. They should be considered consultants.I would never recommend this company to anyone.
