They are supposed to be serious about their work but they just make things easier for their customers by providing a single site where you can find everything they need to keep track of your ships and fleets. The software is easy to use and makes it easy to think about who is taking care of your boats what needs are being met and how much space is left on your servers. Its a great help when you want to make made changes or questions about your fleets come out during the course of an operation.
