I have never had such terrible customer service I was told my order would ship out within 24 hours and it didnt. I called them multiple times and they just Repeatedly refused to do anything about the issue. Finally I emailed them and asked for a refund. They refused to give me one until AFTER I sent in a picture of the product that wasnt even in their catalog Do not go with this company if you want your money back fast

Well I just got a email notification that I have won a free trial of Company Artech.us. Now I need to try it out for just 10 days. I have tried other companies before and this is the best of all- they will connect you with customer service if you need to get in touch with them. But this company has great customer service makes me feel like a real winner. So far Ive had positive experiences with them so I would highly recommend their product or service.
