RecoveryArtecha is an organization that specializes in data recovery. Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with them. The first time I contacted them they said they would be able to help me recover my files within 24 hours. After about two days of calling and waiting I received a call back from their customer service representative apologizing for the delay and saying that they were only able to do so because of the holidays. They then said that my files would still not be recovered and would need to be replaced or deleted completely. After speaking with another representative from their company it was determined that my files were actually successfully recovered but at a much higher price than what I originally agreed on. In short this company is nothing more than a scam - dont go any further

They do not understand how to do data science and they do not have a good idea about what they are doing when it comes to marketing their company. EncryptionIm very disappointed with artecha.com. I ordered a product and received it within minutes although I had made an account there only to be immediately told by the customer service person that they were incorrect and that the product was not sent to me but to one of my friends who got it instead. Thereafter everything went wrong and the product was not delivered to me as expected. The customer service is very poor and I would not recommend them to others.

They are always looking for ways to make their business model more successful than others and often time they get it. However when you work with them you know that it is an unsecured internet connection that is the problem. And the about us says The Home of Data Destruction only thing better would be someone who knows how to use data toiorship and full potential but also knows how to protect it.

Im not able to get it back or understand why not only did artecha.com remove it but also of course the original document that was attached Ive been trying to file a complaint with company management for over a week now and nothing has happened.
