Artegence is a design-driven software development company with the goal of making software that people love. However the experience I had was terrible. They did not seem to have any idea what they were doing when it came to software development and their services were very expensive. I couldnt believe the incompetence of this company. The developers who created their software development platform were never able to produce a single working application. They continuously told me that they needed more time but never provided any information about what exactly they planned to do with that time. In the end I had to take my business elsewhere because of their incompetence andpoor quality of workmanship.

Im not impressed with the company at all. The software development process is extremely slow and its difficult to get help from anyone. Ive had to wait weeks for a response to an email and even then there havent been any follow-ups. Overall I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

Artence is a terrible company. They are always quick to start a sale but never end one. I had to contact them multiple times to get customer service and they never answered. I even sent an email with my question and still havent received a response. Im very disappointed and would not recommend this company to anyone.
