ArticMedia, Review Specifics:
After using ArticMedia for over a year now I have to say that the experience is terrible. The staff is incredibly unprofessional and constantly changing their tune without warning which has resulted in me having to redo my entire website multiple times due to changes made by the team. The work itself is often sloppy and unfinished making it difficult to be impressed by the finished product. In addition theres also been a significant lack of communication between the development team and myself which has resulted in me feeling like Im never able to get hold of someone who can help me with a specific issue. Finally there are very high levels of risk associated with working with this company - if something goes wrong and your site gets hacked or seized by the law enforcement you will likely end up facing a lot of money in damages. Overall I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone - unless youre looking for an extremely unreliable and dangerous endeavour that will quickly become fruitless and frustrating.

I just got out of my first money back guarantee and was so excited to try articms.com out because I love their web development services. I have never had such terrible customer service. I started a project with them and by the time I finished it they were refunding my money right away. It was really frustrating as I loved using articms.com and was looking forward to using it again soon. Now if were only getting refunds for people who are really bad atitorship than thats when things start to get weird.This company is amazing They offer an incredible level of quality and customer service. However they quickly refund our money and he apologized for the situation. Overall they are an amazing company and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for good customer service in a great place.
