"I Have Had A Negative Experience"

I have had a negative experience with company Artifacttech.com. The customer service is terrible and the website is very inaccurate. I was informed by my consultant that the artifact database was not accurate which it clearly wasnt - my consultant told me there were errors in the database even before I ever got a chance to look at it After numerous phone calls and interactions with customer service I finally received a call back from an agent who told me that they would be happy to help me fix the errors if I could provide them with some information about what artifacts I was working on. Unfortunately after providing this information their agent said that she could not do anything because her boss said no one should be able to make changes to the artifact database without prior approval from management. Needless to say this experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

I just returned from my first ever visit to Company Artifact Technologies. The review I just wrote is based on a bad experience. Unfortunately our team was not up to speed on what we were trying to do in our project. We had several errors that made our project total and overall not look very good. Overall I would not recommend this company or their products.
