I have had the pleasure of using many companies digital transformation programs and Arvato Systems is unfortunately not one of them. I first came across them because they were working with a new platform that would allow them to offer more services than any other on the market. The problems with this was that it meant that their customers were going to have to pay for everything they use which is how much their products knew about all the different countries in which they operated. So when my phone started showing up as an emergency number multiple times a day as part of a sting operation against someone who was breaking into my house I knew something wasnt right. They also had no idea how our system worked so I couldnt just change its interface or add some esoteric layer you might find on any other companys product. In fact there seemed to be quite a few issues with his call too - like people being able to hear me while he was talking but not being able to answer this was
