is a scamI researched this company before I decided to sign up for their IT security services. The reviews on the internet are HORRIBLE and I would not recommend them to anyone. The first thing that I noticed was that there were a lot of people who had negative experiences with them. Secondly they charges exorbitant fees and doesnt deliver on what they promise. Overall I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone and I would caution others about signing up for any IT services from them.

Thats why I gave them low score because they do not provide any information about their services or products.Company Ascend Group has no idea what they do when they try to start a business. They just offer discounts and other things to help people sign up for groups which are in the business of IT security data management LA OK and AR. However they do not provide any information about their products or services. This is bad because it makes it difficult for people to decide if they want to join a group that is only interested in computers and nothing else or if they want to know more about the things that the company offers its customers.

has done business with this company before. It is not known if the company has any past sales to this company. I just got my computerpatched and it was a lightening fix. Unfortunately I have been having issues with this new software for some time now. I have had to many techs help me fix computers then they would do another one without knowing what was wrong first. They are totally unprofessional and dont know how to use their devices. I have given up on this company and switched to a different one because of these useless people who work there.
