I was this companys customer service representative for a while and I would not recommend them to others. The people in the office were very unprofessional and the support line was completely charged up and excited about helping me with nothing they could do. I have had to call other companies up to get help with something that wasnt even a simple problem and been on the same page so you can imagine my state when I got there. The whole place seemed like it wanted to socialize itself with each other instead of working. The product or service was great just not here.
