I was this companys customer service representative for a while and I found them to be great at providing information about their product or system. However ever since they started putting new updates into the website like yesterday Ive been getting these workaround sales pitches. Its hard to tell if theyre trying to scam customers or not. They also keep asking me how much money I can afford to spend on things that dont even have a use yet and then when I ask too much theyll overcharge me Thank you for your time but respect my feedback with no charge.
