Do not use this company The service is terrible and they do not even know what theyre doing. I had to call them multiple times to get my basic services upgraded and then they did not respond to my messages. Save your money and go somewhere else

This company is a absolute joke. I have been a paying customer of their for over 5 years and have had to deal with absolutely terrible service. First off they never seem to have time to help you unless its more important that the next project theyre working on. Second their tech support is often unhelpful and unyielding in what they offer. Lastly the prices are ridiculously high for what you get - especially when compared to other providers out there. Avoid this company at all costs

I just wanted to post a bad user review because I really dont have anything good to say about Ashby Communications. Weve been working with them for a little under two years and I can say that they are the worst customer service ever. They send me email messages with no information or when I ask for it. Then they try to contact me through their phone number but they only get through once or twice. Overall Ive had a terrible experience with Ashby Communications and I would not recommend them to anyone.

They always get the job done and are always willing to help out anyone that is without. I would highly recommend them for any of your IT needs
