is a complete rip offI recently had the displeasure of working with Ashton Solutions in the field of managed IT services. I was extremely disappointed with their entire product range and service. The first order I placed was for an aging server that they said couldnt be repaired because it had been cannibalized from another companys system. After explaining to them that my server was brand new and still in warranty they refused to replace it citing lack of available resources. They then proceeded to tell me that even if I replaced the server my account would still be canceled because they dont offer support on older systems Needless to say after dealing with this company I will no longer use them in any capacity whatsoever. Save your time and money and go somewhere else

The user had difficulty getting through to the customer service and felt like they were never heard or used. Would not recommend.I was very disappointed with the representative I received.
