I just bought some things from company askbis.com and they were all crap. My laptop was working fine but my computer iscence was terrible. I had to send my laptop back and get a new computer because it wasnt working so well. And now company askbis.com is going to give me a bill for 200 shipping and handling because it was all crap.

Im terrible at customer service and always have been. They make it seem like Im a problem to them because I never am. Ive had to call them up several times because they havent responded to my calls and emails enough times now. I just wanted to get some help on how many hours of work I can do each day and how much memory I have etc. and everything else they could tell me about in their FAQs and so on. But all you people who are very good at customer service you seem to be horrible at this as well.
