I have never used this company before but I was interested in their Convergent technology. I ordered a convergent phone which never arrived and they said that it would take up to two weeks for it to come back. It has now been over a month and no response from the company. Terrible experience

I was this companys customer service rep for a while and I did not like it. They were always busy and I would get through to them but then they would say No were not going to help you as long as youre asking for something that we dont have. It made it difficult to keep in touch with their work. Now Im not saying that askconvergent.com is bad but they should make sure that their customer service is good and high quality so that if someone does have a question about a product or service they can just focus on that and be helpful.
