I have been a customer of Askemergent for about 4 years now and have always had great service. The staff is always friendly and willing to help out with whatever I need. My only issue has been that my contract has run out but the staff was more than happy to work with me to get a new one set up before it expired. Overall I would definitely recommend Askemergent to anyone looking for excellent service and helpful staff.

Askemergent.com is the worst company in the business of Business Phone Service - Emergent Telecommunications. They are not reliable and their customer service is terrible. I have had to call them multiple times for problems with my phone and every time they do not seem to care about their customers or their business. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I have never had such terrible service from a company in my life. The lady who answered the phone said that I needed to call her back and then hung up on me. The gentleman whoanswered the phone told me that they were new and did not know how to do a complaint or wait for someone to return my call. Do not go to askemergent.com you will be very disappointed

It is not known how many people have given their review to this company on each of these websites.The user reviewed kemmergent.com today state that they are a small town in Texas and have been dealing with the consequences of debtors prison sinecure since 2009. They say that they are now all about quality over quantity and feel that they cannot get what they want because it is not being given to them in a financial sense. They also mention that they have had to sell their home and move away from what was their main source of income. The user says that he or she has had to turn down jobs increase in order to stay afloat.

I have had two mobile phone services from this company and they have not been anything but problems. My phone is always too cold and I need to keep melting the SIM card so that it can work. Its just one example but there are many. People are coming into my house and out of my car because their phones are too cold or they dont havecellular service etc. Please get back to me soon about how I can improve my quality of life.Im terrible at customer service and this company has never made me happy They make me angry sometimes and I dont think that business like this will ever work for me
