Im not sure what I expected from this company but I wasnt expecting to have to go through hoops to get my website listed. The blue host that my site was hosted with didnt even have my name in their system and when I asked about it they told me that it was because the hosting company had merged with another company. Needless to say this experience wasnt anything like what I needed or wanted.

I just opened this company and started using it. I was really impressed with the first company I used before. So I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience when visiting aspinfo.com websites. However I didnt appreciate the initial process much - being required to enter their contact information in every time I visited aspinfo.com - including my name and address also they were not willing to help me with some of my visits because they said it wasnt important enough for them to pay me. Overall it was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I am not satisfied with companys customer service. I have had to call them multiple times to get my account set up and now they are unable to do this. myself as well has had to call them multiple times and it is just getting really bad now. And the login form is difficult to understand and manage especially for a first time user.I am not satisfied with companys customer service.
