company assctech.com is a complete waste of time and money. I tried to use their site to validate a new address and the process was incredibly cumbersome and error-filled. The end result was that I had to call them three times just to get my validation request processed In addition the turnaround time for these requests can be quite long so be prepared to wait a while if you need your validation request fulfilled. Overall this company is nothing but a total scam.

formsI just had to write a bad review for company Assectech.com. Ive been using these tools for about 4 years now and have never had a problem. But lately there has been this huge issue where the site has been preventing me from completing requests. Ive reported this to customer service but they havent seemed to see it as an issue until today. They keep telling me that theyre working on it but then again they always are. So please change your policy and start allowing me to complete requests instead of preventing me from doing so.Assectech is amazing when it comes to helping businesses validate their request forms but their customer service is terrible and they have never been able to address the issue. I hope that they can be made to fix the issue before it becomes a problem for everyone else who uses their toolz.
