I could not believe how much Castellans assurancesoftware cost. I was specifically looking for a business resilience management software and this is the worst product I have ever used. The software is so buggy that it makes it hard to use and the support team is extremely unhelpful. Do not bother with this product - it is simply not worth the price.

However castellan does not always deliver on its promises. Some of the issues which have been found to be associated with castellan failure include missing or unreliable software poor customer service skills and low response time to problems. Additionally castellan has been known to leave clients with feelings of feeling betrayed or abandoned by their provider.

They are one of the worst companies i have ever seen in the business of castellan. their customer service is terrible and they are always late.The Business Experience I was very disappointed with the business experience at castsellian. The customer service was poor and often failed to meet my expectations. I would not recommend this company to anyone.The Castellan Industry Leader I am not sure who your target is but castellan is the industry leader in business resilience management. They have all the pieces needed to create a successful business - strong customers durable products etc.
