Ive had a few problems with this company and the customer service is terrible. They keep calling me to tell me Im not paying for my account yet but they never send one of their reps out to chat with me. Just yesterday I received an email from them asking if I was still on board with their plan because there were some new features that were released but I didnt respond because I was too busy playing games. Then last nightessentially no communication at all so now theyre demanding money back Seems like these people only care about making money
