I have never had such terrible customer service. I called at least 5 times and they would not help me with my issue. They said it was their policy to do nothing and that they did not know what I was talking about. Then when I sent them a picture of the issue they told me that it was my fault because I did not use their services for a year.

ataata.comI have used this company for years and they are always great However the past few months their service has been terrible. First of all I never received my email security test report that was supposed to come with my subscription. Now whenever I try to access my account or view my data it keeps saying unable to contact ataata. Whats going on

CybersecurityI am not sure what the problem is but Ire going to try to fix it.This company offers no real value other than the promise of saving time and money. They have never lived up to that promise and more often than not managed to fall short. I would recommend avoiding this company if you can.

SecurityI am not happy with aaa. I have used this company for a few months and have had problems with my email account being bail out into the dark and never getting caught. I havev been able to report these issues to them but they still do nothing. Im not happy with their customer service but thats different.
