I would not recommend Atcus.com to anyone. They are a terrible company with terrible customer service. I had to contact them multiple times to get my IT support services turned on and they never responded to my emails or phone calls. They also didnt do anything to help me with my problems. I would not recommend them at all.

Atcus is a terrible company. I have used them for IT support and it has been terrible. The guy who runs the company is always talking about how much he hates his job and how much he wishes he could go back to when things were easier. Hes also really bad at customer service. Ive had to call him more than once to get my issues resolved and each time its been a disaster. His attitude makes me not want to deal with him anymore.

I was a subpar customer service representative and now Im not a good customer service representative at all. The last time I came in to get help with a computer issue I had to call every day of the week because the support person was unable to find out how to contact me. They would even fix my computer on their first attempt but then theyd come back and say well we should have received your order three weeks ago etc. Its very frustrating because I wanted to use our website and get Everything1 products. Now I have to call them five times a day and theyre never going to send the email that I wanted. If there is ever any issue with my purchase Ill know it right away so dont waste your time with these guys.

I was this companys customer service representative for a while. And I would not recommend them to others. They are terrible. Time after time they were unable to understand what I was trying to ask and so they couldnt help me with it. They would also be very quick to ignore my calls and never send a response. Overall I did not have great experiences here.
