I was extremely disappointed with the service provided by Atenea Soluciones Quito Ecuador. I ordered a new air conditioner and when it arrived I found out that the original one had been installed in an unauthorized location. The company did not even try to repair the unit instead they just took my money and said that I would have to wait for a refund. This is not what I expected from a reputable business like Atenea Soluciones Quito Ecuador.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THE WORST I ORDERED A SOLUTION FOR MY AC AND WHEN I GOT IT THE BOX WAS BROKEN. I TOLD THEM ABOUT IT AND THEY SAID WE CAN REFUND BUT THEN THEY CHARGED ME AN ADDITIONAL 50 FOR MY WARRANTY. TOTAL BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

I was extremely disappointed with the company ateneasoluciones.com. I ordered a service that never arrived and when I contacted customer service they told me it would be 2-3 weeks before my order could arrive. My order finally arrived about a week after I initially ordered it and the product was very old and not up to par. The quality of the product was also poor. Overall I was very disappointed with this purchase and would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just moved toEcuador a few months ago and was wondering if I could get some English-speaking service at actly what cost I have completeaedaation from the local office in Quito. Company doesnt seem to be very happy inEcuador either with no progress on their many projects. Cost is an important factor because of this-If the cost is more than 10month its worthless for me-If the cost is less than 10month I would appreciate if you shifted your focus to other areas of the business so that you can provide quality service without having to pay such high rates
