"I Have Never Had Such"

I have never had such terrible customer service. I was expecting better from a company that is in the business of HugeDomains.com but this is the worst experience I have ever had. The representative who helped me on my first attempt at registering an account told me that there were no spaces left in my name and that I needed to select a different name which I did not believe because there are so many other great domain names out there. He then told me that I needed to provide him with all of my personal information including my birthdate and address which I could not do because I do not even know those things myself. After hours of research and trying to get someone else on the phone who could help me it turned out that there was only one agent available who could help customers with HugeDomains registrations for the rest of the day however she said she would only be able to help people for two hours each day due to her other customers requests.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are incredibly unprofessional and do not care about their customers. I have had to contact them multiple times because of problems with their website and their customer service is terrible.

and was written by a person who has never worked with this company beforeI have had the pleasure of working with Athenas Soft Solutions on and off for the last year and a half. They are HIGE DOMINIONS. They know how to solve problems and get results from their clients. However I decided to switch over to them full time as of late. I have not been back to my old service provider yet I am extremely disappointed in Athenas Soft Solutions. They are no longer providing us with huge domains. We were using them years ago and we got great results from our sites. Now they are just huge domains and our services areoupnicity nowWe demand more out of our technology providers than just providing someone elses software - we want to be the only company that can provide what we need to improve our lives
