The tech guy did not even know how to play the computer game he was given to play let alone fix my issue. Save your money and go somewhere else

is one of the worst companies I have ever had the displeasure of working with in my life. The employees are unprofessional and arrogant their service is terrible and their prices are outrageous. Save your money and go somewhere else.This company is terrible Their service is so bad that its hard to even type out a good review because it would be negative enough without adding in how much money theyre asking for services that dont need to be provided at all. Save your time and energy and go somewhere else - Athens Micro isnt worth it

has always been a great company but I think this year their customer service has been terrible.I just moved to Athens from Indianapolis and am already having problems with the customer service. They are not able to help me with my IT needs or to find the information I need to fix my computer. I have had to call multiple times and ask for help and now they wont even send a representative out to help me because they dont want to chance that Im going through them on the phone. Worst customer service ever

I have never had such terrible service from anyone in my life. I am going to get back to work and start trying to fix my problems now that we have time off this morning.This company is absolutely terrible My computer and phone were ruined today by them. Im really disappointed in them and would not recommend them to others.
