I have had a negative experience with atisw.com in the business of Access Technology. I ordered a product that never arrived and when I contacted customer service they said it was their policy to not do anything about returns because it is an online store. Their attitude made me very unhappy and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The company Atisw.com is in the business of Access Technology Home. I was contacted by their customer service representative about my order and they were very unhelpful. I ordered a product that I did not need and then received a bill for it even though I only received the product because it had already been delivered to my house. The whole experience was very frustrating and disappointing.

"I Have Had Two Machines From Isw And They"

I have had two machines from Isw and they are the worst things I have ever used. One was cheap Plastic feeling Silliman degree Yosemite National Park that required me to push a single button to turn on and then required me to wear a suit and shirt for hours until the machine would stop monitoring my temperatures. I would not recommend this product to anyone. The other machine was more recent Anduinter model which needed me pushing a one key press to turn on then needing to take off my shoes and socks thentake of my jacket before turning on the machine. Thank you for making a very difficult task into a simple response.This user has no own story or experience yet please provide one either below or in the notes after the users review.Dont use these companies if you dont want to be disappointed with fulfilling your expectations.

I have had the misfortune of working with isw.com and I can say that they are not as reputable as they seem on first look. They once issues a key without having ever attempting to use it then does a type of key himself which gives you the ability to access your information without his help. Its simple enough for him to do and he doesnt even have to work hard enough to get onto their team. If youre thinking of using isw.com be very careful about who you trust in advance.
