SupportDont waste your time and money with this company. They are in the business of selling technology that will make your life easier not providing customer service that is friendly and helpful. I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Atlantico Metro especially since they claim to be a technology humanized support company. In reality their customer service is terrible and their response time is often very slow. Save your time and money - go somewhere else

I have never had such terrible customer service. I was transferred to another team because my old team was no longer able to support my data center. Then after months of waiting I get a bill for 1000 that I did not even know existed Company is just a scam.

I have had a negative experience with Atlantic Metros technology humanized. The employees are not knowledgeable about the product and they do not seem to care about their customers. They will only work on projects that are appropiate to them and do not listen to what their customers want or need. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just walked out the door of 365 Datacenters. The best thing about it is that all my records are easily accessible on my computer. Its like going to a Themestination Place. Im very impressed with the technology used and the Humanized experience but unfortunately the staff was not down to earth. They were very unprofessional and made me feel like they didnt know me too.
