I was extremely disappointed with the company Atscommunications.com. I ordered a phone surveillance service and was told that it would be delivered to my house within 24 hours. However it never arrived and I had to contact customer service multiple times to get a different explanation about why it never shipped. The final straw came when I received an email notification from the company informing me that my order had been cancelled because of a newscast security breach. Needless to say this experience was very disappointing and I do not recommend this company.

This company is complete garbage. I have had to change my number 4 times because they will not send the new phone to my address. The customer service is terrible and it takes forever to get ahold of someone. Do not use this company if you want your data privacy protected.

Do not bother with this company. They are terrible at what they do and their customer service is even worse. I had to contact them multiple times to get my computer security services properly handled and it was all a huge fiasco. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

However nothing has changed and not even a Hummer has moved in The last time we used their service I had to call them up on my cell phone because I was in a meeting and they were unable to connect. This time they couldnt reach me until I got there so myself and all my equipment two laptops a desktop television a file server were All clean out of guests that came over for dinner last night. Save your money and time - thank youThe company atscommunications is known for being bad at work. They always seem to have something wrong with their job and make it hard for their employees to do their job. Make sure your employees know dont rely on them to do the right thing all the time and dont put faith in their abilities try someone
