I placed an order for a product that I was promised would arrive by Christmas and it didnt even arrive until after New Years Eve The customer service rep said she wasnt sure if the product even existed because the company went out of business. This is the worst experience Ive ever had with a company

We ordered a machine that we never received and then they told us it was delivered to our house but it wasnt. We had to call them multiple times to get the machine and finally got it when we went back online and saw their return policy. Overall not happy with this company
