I just bought a newretta and am really disappointed in how much money Attainia has to work with. The customer service is terrible. Ive had to call them three times now to get a refund and I needed to be able to use the phone because I have an important meeting this morning. I was very pleased with my previous lettare from Attainia - they have great equipment and are always willing to help out anyone who needs it. This company is terrible myself included and I recommend that you not use them at all.

This company is a total disaster. I have been using their software for the past two years and they have never been better at what they do. Always getting in shape and taking care of business a must on site. No matter how well they plan the next patient comes up with a problem.I had high school12 year old son try to go through their software to buy something he didnt want and it was a total disasters. Very few good features included on the software and constant problems with patients coming up with problems. Worthless product.
