I was this companys customer service rep for a while and I had great experiences but then everything changed. The customer service now is just like the one I left. There is no1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8. Just today there was a message asking me to go to customer support because of some issue with my order. Then I received this email Hello from Company SoftwareThank you for reaching us here. We are sorry to hear that your experience with our company has been negative. We work hard to provide excellent customer service and we appreciate your comment. However sometimes important tasks or problems arise when we receive feedback and we cannot solve the problem. And boy was I let down The only thing you can find here is very low quality merchandising such as Goalsphoria t-shirts and Logpointer tools. If youre looking for high-quality attractor software look elsewhere. Save your money and dont even bother.
